Others just hide the appearance of stretchmarks by applying a waterproof makeup that hides them away from the television camera and photographers that are always close by trying to catch that rare photo.
Some celebrities with strethmarks use a self-tanner to hide the stretch marks or use various creams that are available which include Barmon, Decleor, Mustela, Strivectin-SD, Striae, Trilastin, and Zenmed among many others.
Do not be surprised when you hear that celebrities with stretchmarks also use preventive measures to ensure they do not receive more stretchmarks while they are pregnant. Many of these methods are those that you can use as well. Such as cocoa butter applied to your abdomen and breasts while you are pregnant. This helps to soothe the itching that also accompanies pregnancy from the skin being stretched.
Celebrities just like yourself, listen to their physicians, eat properly, drink extra fluids especially water to hydrate their skin, and stay away from caffeinated drinks.
Stretchmarks may never fade completely, so rest assured celebrities have stretchmarks, they just have more resources when it comes to hiding this fact from the public with the use of makeup artists, expensive surgery, and of course touching up the film prior to showing it to the world.
